Target placement — Nested container end at the same position

In the — example — below there is an element that generated another container (the tab) nested in a regular row container. The arrow markers at the bottom are displayed overlapping at the exact same position.

In this case, the markers should be "moved" up / down. The marker from the outer container (row) should be below the marker from the inner (tab) container.

Target placement — Negative CSS margins

In this example there is a negative margin between 2 elements. 

This seems to work fine.

Target placement — very small elements

Here some small elements are placed between larger elements. This seems to work fine.

However, there is an issue with the placement of the [+] button on top of "Meta-Infos". 

All buttons in a container should be placed on the same vertical line! This does not apply to containers that float horizontally.
